How we handle your information

When you submit the form, we receive your company name, phone number, current sales channel, approximate monthly sales range, selected language and confirmation that we may contact you.

At submission time, we also record the page and referrer without query parameters, plus campaign parameters such as UTM values and Google, Meta or Yandex click IDs when they are present in the current URL.

We use this information to respond to your request, assess whether our commerce implementation is relevant, follow up on the sales conversation and understand which campaign generated the inquiry. We do not sell lead information.

Lead records and sales conversations are stored in OWN's self-hosted Chatwoot system on infrastructure located in Uzbekistan.

If Chatwoot is unavailable, the same inquiry details may be sent by a bot to a private OWN Telegram chat as an emergency fallback. Telegram may process this information outside Uzbekistan. The fallback is restricted to authorized OWN team members and is not used as the long-term CRM.

Only authorized OWN team members and infrastructure providers who need the information to handle the inquiry should have access. Optional website analytics and advertising tools are separate and follow the browser choice described below.

If the inquiry does not become an active customer relationship, we keep it for up to 12 months after the last interaction and then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is needed for a contract, legal obligation or dispute.

The site stores your analytics choice in first-party browser storage. It does not persist campaign attribution in browser storage; campaign values are collected only when you submit the form. A first-party language preference cookie may also be saved when you change languages.

If you allow analytics, Google Tag Manager may load consent-aware measurement or advertising tags for Google, Yandex and Meta. These tools receive website interaction and campaign information configured in the tag manager, but not the contact fields from the sales form. The essential form continues to work if you choose only necessary storage.

You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw your consent or request deletion by emailing sales@own.uz. We may retain information when a contract or law requires it.
